Refund Policy
plain language.
Refund rules should be visible before checkout so traders understand what can and cannot be reversed after account access begins.
1. Program fees are not deposits
Payments made for challenges, programs, education, platform access, or account setup should be treated as service or access fees. They should not be treated as deposits, investments, balances, or client funds.
2. Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility may depend on the selected program, account activation status, whether credentials were issued, whether trading activity started, payment method, chargeback history, promotional terms, and any rule violation.
3. Non-refundable situations
A refund may be declined after account activation, first trade, platform credential delivery, challenge failure, rule breach, prohibited practice, duplicate-account abuse, payment dispute, chargeback, or misuse of the service.
4. Resets, retries, and discounts
Some programs may offer resets, retries, discounts, or free attempts. These are not automatic unless clearly shown in the selected program rules or checkout summary.
5. How to request support
A refund or billing request should include account email, order ID, program name, payment date, payment method, platform, and a clear explanation of the issue.
6. Review timing
Refund and billing requests may require manual review. Processing time can depend on payment provider rules, compliance checks, account status, and dispute history.
